The Exhibit Hall offers 22,500 square feet on one level and can be partitioned for a variety of uses. With space for 105 booths, the Hall hosts the major trade, consumer, and exhibit shows presented in Marin County.

Featuring a 14-acre lagoon, walking paths, lawns, and garden areas, the Fairgrounds are used in conjunction with the Exhibit Hall for additional exhibits or activities. With a capacity of 6,000, the picturesque Lagoon Park features 4 acres of level lawn area.

The Meeting Rooms accommodate from 20 to 150, and are perfect for a variety of functions, including workshops, seminars, and break-out sessions. The Meeting Rooms are located adjacent to the Exhibit Hall and Showcase Theatre.

Seats 1,960 and hosts a variety of events ranging from the Marin Symphony to Marcel Marceau; from the Peking Acrobats to Tommy Tune; from Marin Speakers Series to The Beach Boys. In addition, it's an excellent place for sales meetings, and special events.

It seats 348 in upholstered comfort, has a 40-foot proscenium, and is fully equipped with theatrical lighting, dimming and studio quality sound system. There is also a light and sound control booth with provisions for slide and 16mm film projection.
